	W.e.f. 1st July 2008, the following room rates have been approved by the House Committee. These rates are exclusive of Luxury Tax which is 10% and VAT at 8% charged for Bed Tea and Breakfast, which is part of the Tariff
	Tariff per day 3rd / 4th Floors Rs. 3,500/- 2nd Floor / 335 Rs. 4,000/- Room 225 Rs. 5,000/- Room 223 / 224 Rs. 5,500/- Flats Rs. 6,500/- Extra Bed Rs. 770/- per day Rates are exclusive of any taxes. RBYC Members are eligible for 25% discount for a period of 45 days in a financial year. 15% surcharge will be levied in high season from 1st November to 31st January.   50% advance for the anticipated stay would be remitted along with a request in writing by Fax / Email. Telephone Booking would not be accepted   Cancellation charges would be as given except in case of medical emergencies:-     (a) RBYC Members     4 days and more Booking amount will be refunded in full     Less than 4 days No refund for 4 days. Amount to be deducted       from advance.   (b) Reciprocal Members/ Visiting Associates   (i) Short Duration 8 days and more 100% refund of advance payment   Upto 15 days 4 - 7 days 50% refund of advance payment     Less than 4 days No refund         (ii) Long Duration 8 days and more 100% refund of advance payment   15 days to 3 months 4 - 7 days 50% of 7 days charges at daily rate will be deducted, balance to be refunded     Less than 4 days 8 days charges at daily rate will be deducted, balance to be refunded.
