::: STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR FACILITIES BEING ACCORDED TO RECIPROCAL CLUBS :::
Members of the Reciprocating Clubs are requested to take note of the following regulations:

A Member of a Reciprocating Club is allowed to make use of the Club for a total period of 40 days in any twelve calendar months.
A Reciprocating Club Member has all rights and privileges of a member save the right to vote or serve as an Officer of the Club or on the General or Balloting Committee and the right to propose or second a candidate for election to the Club.
Any Reciprocating Club Member shall not, without the permission of the Secretary, be allowed to entertain any guests who are not the members of the Club, except members of the family.
The Check-in and Check-out hour is 12 noon. Registration formalities should be completed at the Reception, before checking in.
To recover correct accommodation charges, exact date up to which accommodation required should be stated on Arrival Memo.
A Reciprocating Club Member shall pay his / her bill prior to his departure from the Club. Accommodation charges should be paid 50% advance for the anticipated stay would have to be remitted along with a request in writing by Fax / E-mail and the balance amount before leaving the Club either by Cash or Credit Card. Telephone booking would not be accepted.
Subscription of Rs.56/- per day is payable, at the Reception and names to be entered in the Register.
A Reciprocating Member does not pay any Entrance Fee.
The House Committee shall have the power of annulling the privileges of a Reciprocating Member, should they see cause to do so.
A Reciprocating Member is permitted to have accommodation in the Club Quarters.
Smart Cards are available at the Front Desk on cash payment. Refund could be obtained for the balanced amount.
For supplies in other public rooms and for any service, payment should be made by Smart Cards.
Coupons are available at the Front Desk on cash payment. Refund could be obtained for unused coupons returned.

Members are requested to have their bath only in the bath tubs.
Baggage left at the Reception (maximum 1 day) to be properly labeled.
A/C for the whole day at no extra cost.
Club is not responsible for property left on the Club premises.
Trolley for baggage and wheel chair for the needy is available at the Reception, free of charge.
Cancellation charges would be given except in case of medical emergencies :-
